Through our subsidiary, Niche Properties Sdn Bhd, we have developed low-rise residential apartment buildings in Johor, Malaysia.

We have a proven track record of successfully building and developing industrial factories and warehousing facilities in the Philippines. This includes pioneering the concept of a free trade SME industrial park within the LIMA Technology Center.

Engineering Procurement & Construction Management

Our construction arm has the expertise and manpower necessary to design, monitor and oversee projects that the Group has undertaken through its various subsidiaries and associate companies in the region.

Our subsidiary in Vietnam is licensed to undertake major projects in earthworks, infrastructure and high-rise building construction amongst other things.

Facilities & Investments

We are selective in our investments, focusing on opportunities that synergize with our existing business and have good growth potential. Our current investments include prime industrial land and factory buildings.

Our portfolio of investment properties in the Phillippines includes more than 320,000 sq ft of lettable factory buildings for SME Tenants. Within our SME park, we have designed and built modern and modular factory buildings and warehouses.

Our SME park caters to the locators and manufacturers serving the big multinational companies operating within the free trade zone, providing them with facilities, utilities, and security as well as easy and near access to their customers.

Manufacturing

The Group is involved in manufacturing through its associate company CAM Connectivity Phils Inc, previously known as CAM Mechatronic (Phils) Inc. CAM Connectivity Phils Inc has been operating on a 6-acre piece of land with built-up space of over 150,000 sq. feet in a free trade zone in the Philippines since 1996.

Over the years, it has grown into a one-stop center for the manufacturing needs of multinational companies from the United States, Netherlands, Israel, Hong Kong, and within the ASEAN region as well. Its operations include mould and tooling, aluminum and zinc diecasting, CNC precision machining, wet painting, e-coat painting, powder coating, electro-plating, and precision assembly.

It caters to clients from a diverse range of industries such as automotive, medical, telecommunications, electronics, and semiconductors. CAM Connectivity Phils Inc provides them with the design know-how to translate drawings into products and then manufacture and assemble them.
